Reshape Biotech is looking for our next Business Development Representative (BDR).
As our new BDR, you'll join our sales team with a focus on top of funnel activities. In this role you will be working closely together with our Account Executives (AEs), supporting the sales team with prospecting, qualifying and nurturing new business opportunities.
You’ll be joining a company on a steep growth trajectory, and will be expected to work diligently with outbound activities in close cooperation with the rest of the team to bring on new accounts.
The role will entail:
Performing outbound prospecting through Linkedin, email and by phone
Generation, qualification and nurturing of new sales opportunities
Maintain and update pipeline data in CRM (Hubspot) with high data integrity
Understanding our customers, their problems, and how Reshape Biotech’s products can help
Support the sales team in achieving established quarterly goals
Contribute to better segmentation and overview of the market
An ideal candidate might:
Be excited and curious to explore how we can help customers, understand their problems
Have great communication skills, both written and verbal in English
Have prior experience in sales, preferably within recurring revenue businesses
Have an existing network of potential customers and/or experience from working in biotech
Enjoy the fast-paced work culture of a startup, being able to take on responsibility and work independently
