PWN Copenhagen (Professional Women’s Network) is a non-profit organization with the vision to educate, empower, and engage in improving gender-balanced leadership in business, politics, and society. It is one of the oldest professional networks for women in Denmark and still one of the only ones run in English to support international as well as local members. We support Danish and international women, and interested people and organizations, by hosting events, running programs, and connecting peers, mentors, mentees, and partners. Our events are both online and offline, always held in English, and are a mix of professional skill-building, networking, and insights into new technology and industry trends.

One of our programs is the Career Expedition Program: Women Mentoring woman and we are looking for a part-time intern with the ambition of connecting and having a valuable engagement with our mentees and mentors of the program.
You will contribute to a meaningful cause and grow professionally by engaging in hands-on community management and event planning and being the general coordinator of the program. You'll network with fantastic women, develop valuable skills, and experience the joy of making a positive difference in others' lives.
About the job
You will work directly with the Mentorship Vice-President Ana Farias, who will be your guiding force throughout the execution of the program. Ana will provide all the structure, content, strategic details, support, guidance, and advice necessary for successful execution.
Most of the work is concentrated in the opening and closing stages, but you can expect to work between 3-5 hours a week max and not all weeks of the period. The Starting date will be early September and will end at the end of February. With a long Christmas break.
The mentorship program coordinator will have two main responsibilities.
Mentee Focus
Responsibilities:
Mentee Engagement and Onboarding:
Reach out to selected mentees, confirm their participation, and provide information regarding the program schedule, expectations, and resources.
Share welcome materials and address initial queries, fostering a positive onboarding experience.
Event Organization:
Coordinate and organize mentee-focused online and offline events, workshops, and activities, handling all logistical implications.
Manage event venues, invitations, and attendance, ensuring smooth execution.
Online Calls Management:
Schedule, facilitate, and follow up on online calls between mentors and mentees, ensuring timely communication.
Provide technical assistance and ensure mentee participation, offering an interactive experience.
Data Collection and Analysis:
Regularly collect feedback from mentees through surveys and other means, and analyze data to enhance the program's effectiveness.
Maintain records of responses, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Reporting and Documentation:
Provide regular updates, maintain records of mentee progress, and prepare reports for the program lead.
Document events, including taking photographs, for future reference and insights.
Support During Key Activities:
Assist in organizing the opening event, one-on-one mentor-mentee calls, workshops, group coaching, peer-to-peer sessions, and closing events.
Collaborate closely with mentors, other volunteers, and the communication team to create engaging and meaningful experiences.
Mentor Focus

Establish connections with mentors, understand their expertise and preferences, and align them with suitable mentees.
Facilitate mentor onboarding, offer support during the program, and ensure they have all the necessary resources.
Event Organization:
Plan and coordinate mentor-focused online and offline events, workshops, and activities.
Oversee invitations, attendance, and venue logistics, providing a seamless experience for mentors.
Online Calls Management:
Organize and manage online calls between mentors and mentees, monitor progress, and follow up as necessary.
Provide support for any technical difficulties and encourage active mentor participation.
Data Collection and Analysis:
Gather feedback from mentors, analyze insights, and make recommendations for program improvements.
Keep comprehensive records of mentor interactions, feedback, and outcomes.
Reporting and Documentation:
Compile regular updates, track mentor progress, and create reports for program oversight.
Capture events through photographs and other means, maintaining a vivid record of mentorship activities.
Support During Key Activities:
Aid in executing key program activities such as opening, one-on-one sessions, group coaching, workshops, and closing events.
Work closely with mentees, other volunteers, and communication staff to create a fulfilling mentor experience.
Qualifications:
Great if you have familiarity with Notion, ChatGPT, Mailchimp, and Google Drive, otherwise, we will teach you!
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience in event planning and coordination preferred.
Ability to work closely with the communication team.
Enthusiasm for photography and documenting events.
A friendly, kind, and energetic attitude.
