We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our fast-growing startup. As a B2B Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and helping in establishing a high-performing framework for our sales team. Your primary focus will be on building and managing relationships with key business clients, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets.

Company Size: We're a startup with a diverse team consisting of 1 founder, 6 employees, several mentors, researchers, and suppliers, united by the same goal: To create the best and most sustainable leather alternative by upcycling food waste.
You will start with an already established deal pipeline and will have strong support in lead generation.
Market Penetration and Sales:
Execute a proactive sales approach to introduce and promote our groundbreaking leather alternative to potential clients.
Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Engage in consultative selling, understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Close deals to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate and nurture strong, lasting relationships with potential and existing customers.
Become a trusted point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and offering exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
Sales Strategy and Reporting:
Contribute insights to the development of the sales strategy, aligning it with company objectives.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
Continuously stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our leather alternative and its unique value proposition.
Articulate product features, benefits, and sustainability aspects to clients with clarity and confidence.
Representing the Brand:
Uphold the company's brand image and values during client interactions.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to expand brand visibility.
Degree/education in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with 1 - 3 years of experience
Highly numbers-driven mindset, consistently meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets
Excellent communication skills
Service-minded attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools
Entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to take ownership of projects and initiatives related to driving sales growth
Experience in the textile industry is a big plus
