Injurymap is a Danish health tech company with high growth ambitions. Our mission is to disrupt the market for pain and injury treatment to improve patient outcomes and efficiency across the full value chain. Today, we sell digital, virtual, and physical treatment via health insurer partners and B2C. We expand our services fast. 

Today we’re a small and passionate team consisting of techies, business developers, and physiotherapists, in total approx. 20 people. Enabled by tech, we are located across borders and work both remotely and flexible hours. If you crave face time, don’t worry. We’re typically ~5 people in our CPH office. 

What’s the position?

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Business Development Student Assistant to support our business growth initiatives. As a Business Development Student Assistant, you will collaborate closely with our Chief Commercial Officer and business development team to identify opportunities, foster partnerships, and contribute to the expansion of our company. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in strategic planning, market research, and relationship building while accommodating your academic commitments. Most importantly, we offer you the opportunity to co-shape your position and assignments.

Expect 10-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities - there are plenty. We will prioritize based on needs for growth and where your passion lies:

Market Research:

• Assist in researching and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.

• Gather data and compile reports to provide valuable insights for decision-making.

Lead Generation:

• Help identify potential clients, partners, and opportunities through online research and networking.

• Utilize various platforms and tools to gather contact information and relevant details about prospects.

Partnership Development:

• Support the business development team in identifying and reaching out to potential partners, collaborators, and stakeholders.

• Assist in preparing partnership proposals, presentations, and communication materials.

Networking and Relationship Building:

• Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to establish connections and represent the company.

• Engage in professional communication with external parties to nurture relationships.

Business Strategy Support:

• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop innovative business strategies.

• Assist in creating business plans, presentations, and documents to support strategic initiatives.

Data Management and Analysis:

• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and partnership interactions in CRM software.

• Help track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to refine strategies.

Content Creation:

• Contribute to the creation of marketing and promotional materials that align with business development goals.

• Assist in developing content for presentations, newsletters, and online platforms.

Administrative Support:

• Aid in scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and managing calendars.

• Provide general administrative assistance to the business development team.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.

• Danish language proficiency is necessary. 

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage professionally with potential partners and stakeholders.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.

• Interest in business development, strategic planning, and market analysis.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage time efficiently.
