πŸš€ Execute the solution selling strategy, collaborating with potential clients and partners to understand their challenges and propose customized solutions

πŸ“ž Engage with relevant prospects through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages (30-40 cold calls/outreach per day)

πŸ—‚οΈ Maintain good CRM hygiene and ensure that prospects are followed up with

🀝 Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property developers, real estate owners, asset managers, operators, and industry partners

✈️ Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, attending industry events, and networking with industry professionals
