Syncdesk is a Copenhagen-based startup empowering frontline organizations within the service industry to exceed the expectations of guests and customers, by streamlining operational information and communication.

Currently, our primary focus is on improving the workday for hotel receptionists. We are dedicated to streamlining the exchange of information and tasks between shifts, aiming to empower receptionists with the tools they need to provide exceptional, 5-star service.

Role and Responsibilities:

As our Design and Marketing Intern, you'll play a crucial role in shaping Syncdesk's brand identity and online presence. Within the dynamic entrepreneurial community of CSE (Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship), you'll become a valuable member alongside two dedicated founders (Alfred & Frederik). Your workspace will be an inspiring office environment brimming with like-minded entrepreneurs, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Your tasks will include,

• Website and Landing Page Design: Craft visually appealing and user-friendly website and landing page designs that effectively communicate our value proposition.

• Brand Design and Tone of Voice: Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity, including design elements and tone of voice across various materials like proposals, presentations, and documents.

• Content Marketing: Create compelling and engaging content for our website, social media platforms, and potentially email marketing campaigns.
