Founded in 2023, Syncdesk is a Copenhagen-based startup empowering frontline organizations within the service industry to exceed the expectations of guests and customers, by streamlining operational information and communication. Having gained experience in the service, detail, and hospitality sectors, we truly understand the significance of tasks and information often being overshadowed by urgent problem-solving. In a dynamic environment interacting directly with people instead of being confined to a desk all day, we recognized the necessity for an agile and flexible solution capable of efficiently managing the fast-paced nature of the service industry. And you guessed it, that’s why we created Syncdesk. We have a vision of easing the workday for front-line workers, by making operational communication easy to receive and work with. At the core of Syncdesk's offering is an efficient way to collect, structure, and share information across different shifts and departments, ensuring total alignment at each site. Currently, our primary focus is on enhancing the operations and service levels of hotels with more than 100 rooms. We are committed to optimizing the exchange of information and tasks between shifts, with the goal of providing receptionists the tools they need to deliver exceptional, 5-star service. We have developed a unique SaaS solution specifically tailored for hoteliers, setting it apart from conventional and often makeshift tools. To date, we have collaborated with hotels from esteemed organizations such as Scandic, Arp-Hansen Hotel Group, Brøchner Hotels, and Skt. Petri. In summary, Syncdesk's mission is to empower frontline organizations in the service industry by providing a user-friendly platform that optimizes operational communication and information management. By doing so, we enable managers to focus on leading, while empowering frontline workers to deliver exceptional service and experiences to their guests and customers. Currently, we are situated at Frederiksberg and proudly associated with CSE (Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship).
