We are now searching for a Clinical Strategy Consultant to join our dynamic and innovative team based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Regrettably, at this point, we cannot offer relocations or visa sponsorships.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical leadership and align product development with clinical evidence and user needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and enhancements based on clinical insights and user feedback.
Provide clinical guidance to internal teams, ensuring that our solutions meet the needs and expectations of healthcare professionals.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurses, frontline care staff, and administrators, to understand their pain points and identify opportunities for improvement.
Lead discussions and presentations with hospital stakeholders to articulate the value proposition and benefits of our product
Develop compelling and persuasive messaging for different target audiences, including healthcare professionals, hospital executives, and key decision-makers.
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to navigate regulatory challenges and mitigate risks.
Apply your academic experience to drive thought leadership and business development.
Ensure our product offerings are consistent with the latest clinical evidence and healthcare trends.
Represent Teton at speaking opportunities and events, advocating our vision and mission.
Collaborate with the regulatory team to ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
Travel to hospitals and care homes to gather user feedback and assess product impact.
Your Profile:
You are fluent in Danish and English.
Substantial experience working in a hospital or clinical setting, preferably in a leadership or management role.
Strong understanding of hospital operations, workflows, and challenges faced by healthcare professionals.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex clinical and technical issues.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
You have a firm understanding of healthcare regulations, even if not an expert.
You're willing to travel and seize speaking opportunities to advocate Teton’s mission.
