🔍 We are trying to solve the enormous societal problem that 85% of all clinical trials in the world today are delayed due to issues with participant recruitment. Our company has been going for 2 years and we have established a sustainable business and are already the market leader in Denmark.

📈 In order for us to continue our growth, and achieve our goal of becoming the world's leading solution for recruiting participants for clinical trials, we need to start developing the software platform that will support our goal – and we need help with that.

Therefore, we are looking for a skilled software developer who wants to join us on our journey and lead the construction of our entire new platform.

🛠️ The technical tasks will include:

• Database construction and management of health data

• Automation and Integrations

• Data collection and design of NLP

• Building a management system

👍🏼 You will have a significant influence on what and how we build, which technologies we should use to solve the tasks, and generally have a large share in the bigger business decisions.

We do not expect you to be perfect or able to do everything (neither can we).

As long as you have a positive approach, and are curious to learn, most things are possible. Over time, the plan is for our technical team to grow, so here you also have the opportunity to grow into a CTO role, if that is of interest.

You will become part of a small team, where the ambitions are very high.

Even though we are a startup, there will of course be a reasonable salary package as well as the possibility of gaining significant equity in the company 👍🏼
