Located on Vesterbro in Copenhagen and based on its patent-pending technology and award-winning design, GRAD has developed a portfolio of “Perfect Serve” cooling products for the global hospitality industry.  The product has gained international traction and the company is currently scaling up fast in several markets globally.

 

The position

Location: B!NGS, Vesterbrogade 149, Copenhagen

Role: Finance and Operations Specialist

Start date: 1st October (with flexibility)

Salary: Competitive

 

You will be part of a friendly and international team where you will be handed the important role and responsibility of aligning finance, budgeting, and operation processes during the scale-up phase of the company. You will be the executive Team's right hand and work very closely with internal and external stakeholders while being in charge of the finances, ERP systems, and supply chain/procurement.

The position suits someone with experience in finance/budgeting and operations (supply chain/procurement/production and ERP systems) and who enjoys a high degree of work flexibility and responsibility. You would be expected to execute on optimizing processes while being responsible for procurement and cashflow/budget planning and reporting.

You would be expected to have a strong business mindset and help close agreements with suppliers and supply chain partners. You are a very structured person who always delivers top results where the details are always on point. You can expect to be an integral part of the company from day one.  

Most important of all you are a team player with good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude. For the right candidate, there will be an opportunity to take part in the company's long-term employee incentive program.

 

Work assignments

  • Finance and budgeting (work with book-keeping partners, tax authorities, banks, etc)

  • Working capital and cashflow planning and reporting (general budgeting)

  • Daily operations and processes 

  • ERP system integration and up-scaling (setting up and optimizing processes)

  • Stakeholder communication and contracts (internal and external both on the supply chain and customer side)

  • Administrative ad hoc tasks including compliance; customer/market back office functions; general company administration.

  • ERP systems
