Responsibilities:
As the Head of Sales at Moxso, you will play a critical role in driving our growth and success. Your responsibilities will include:
Building and Leading the Sales Team: You will have the unique opportunity to set up and build the sales team from the ground up. Your expertise in hiring and mentoring top sales talent will be instrumental in creating a high-performing and cohesive sales unit. As a leader, you will inspire and guide your team to achieve and exceed sales targets, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Business Development: Engage in strategic outreach and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present Moxso’s solutions effectively.
Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
Sales Training: Provide coaching and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and ensure consistent performance.
Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, track progress, and provide regular reports on team performance and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications:
We are seeking a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:
B2B Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a deep understanding of the sales process and techniques.
Leadership Skills: Experience in leading and motivating sales teams, driving them towards excellence and achieving sales objectives.
Team-Building Expertise: Demonstrated ability to assemble and develop high-performing sales teams, fostering a positive and results-oriented work environment.
Openness to Learn: While cyber security experience is not mandatory, the ideal candidate should be open to learning about the cyber security industry and its unique challenges.
Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Results-Oriented: A driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, focused on delivering exceptional results.
