With our initial partnerships already in place, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding our presence in Sweden.

Walor is simplifying whistleblowing for SMEs 🗣

Walor is a growing subscription-based SaaS business that provides a plug-and-play digital whistleblowing solution to SMEs in the EU. (Pssst, a whistleblowing solution is a platform that companies can adopt, enabling employees and stakeholders to anonymously report any form of misconduct, whether ethical or legal, within the business.)

Walor was founded with the premise of providing a simple and affordable whistleblowing solution to SMEs, in response to the new EU legislation mandating all companies with over 50 employees to implement a whistleblowing solution by the end of 2023.

Our product has been live for 1,5 years; our customers enjoy using Walor's platform. We are fortunate to work with some of the most prominent names in the hospitality industry, such as Mikkeller, Cofoco, OLIOLI, Gasoline Grill, and numerous others, making our journey truly exciting.

At Walor, you'll be joining a fast-paced and collaborative team environment that is facing many exciting opportunities as we scale our business.


Your responsibilities 💡

You’ll be responsible for business development including outbound calling to Sweden (i.e. cold canvassing), onboarding and supporting Swedish customers, and joining our CEO to work on business as usual (at Walor, it’s hardly business as usual though), and take charge of long-term operations projects.

This role requires you to roll up your sleeves, work hard, and want to take responsibility for part of a country expansion – with great support from our team of course.


Daily activities:

  • Pipeline Generation

    • Sourcing leads and researching new prospects to target

    • Reaching out to these leads with a multi-channel approach (think LinkedIn, phone, e-mails) - note that phone is a key ingredient here

    • Generating qualified meetings – and participating in learning opportunities, as you will soon be conducting the demos yourself

  • Customer Onboarding & Success

    • Facilitating the onboarding of new customers acquired through our various partnerships

    • Taking charge of customer relationship management and nurturing customer connections

  • Own Sweden as a Country

    • You will be our go-to person for anything related to Sweden, handling various aspects from administrative tasks to sales to support

Who are you? 🇸🇪

You are likely studying at a business school in Copenhagen such as CBS, and want a student job that gives you a great boost in your career. While this is a student role, we expect you to be able to take on full responsibility for projects end-to-end. You will have help and mentorship from our team and CEO.

You have great energy, a good sense of humor, and a passion for achieving targets. If you thrive in a dynamic startup environment, enjoy driving sales, and embody a team-player mindset, you could be the perfect fit for our team.


We expect:

  • Swedish & English. You are fully proficient in Swedish and English.

  • Work experience. You have prior work experience with "real" responsibilities.

  • Can-do attitude. We expect you to bring a “get shit done” approach when everyone else is busy. You’re in charge!

  • Positivity. You are motivated and celebrate your victories and your learnings - have stamina and a growth mindset.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset. Hands-on experience building or scaling a business is a plus!

  • Structure. From idea generation to execution, you set goals and you strive to reach them, ensuring you are on track - either individually or in a team.

  • Self-starter. You have the confidence to move forward with little or no guidance.
