We are a prop-tech company seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to spearhead our sales efforts, drive business growth, and foster collaboration with potential clients and partners. As the CCO, you will be a key architect in shaping our company's commercial strategy, driving revenue growth, and establishing fruitful partnerships within the real estate sector. Your first mission will be to create success on your own, demonstrating the viability of our products and services, before building a strong commercial team as until now sales efforts have been driven by the founders and one salesperson.
Proven track record in complex solution selling
Strong ability to identify customer pain points and tailor our solution to meet their specific needs
Track record of building successful sales pipelines and achieving revenue targets
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
A plus if you have past experience with proptech or the real estate sector
Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy that aligns with our business objectives and positions us as a market leader.
Sales and Business Development: Personally lead our sales efforts and business development initiatives to acquire new clients and expand our customer base initially.
Lead and execute the solution selling strategy, collaborating with potential clients and partners to understand their challenges and propose customized solutions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property developers, real estate owners, asset managers, operators and industry partners
Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, attending industry events, and networking with industry professionals
Work closely with the founding team to refine the product offering based on market feedback and customer requirements
