IX STUDIOS means Danish craftsmanship with a massive attitude. We are inspired by X, an iconic representation of the intersection of modern culture, traditional craftsmanship and classic designs. We only make durable, personalized jewellery that can be worn again and again.

We're now seeking an equally ambitious and forward-thinking individual to join us as a co-founder and take on the role of Chief Operations Officer (COO).

Responsibilities:

• As a Co-founder and COO, your primary responsibility will be the management and optimization of our operations and financial strategies. This includes:

• Defining, implementing, and overseeing the operational systems, processes, workflows, and procedures to boost our efficiency and growth.

• Taking full ownership of our financial strategy, which includes budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and risk management.

• Leading supply chain management to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.

• Effectively communicating complex finance and operations information in simple, intuitive terms to the rest of the team and stakeholders.

• Collaborating closely with the founding team to establish company goals, strategies, plans, and policies.

  
  

Requirements:

• Proven track record in operations management, with a preference for individuals with experience in e-commerce or jewelry industries.

• Strong financial acumen, with a deep understanding of financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and risk management.

• Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey complex technical, financial, and operational information in a way that is easy for non-experts to understand.

• Experience in supply chain management.

• An entrepreneurial mindset is a must as a passion for building and growing a business from the ground up.
