At Famly, we’re looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to help even more childcare centers and parents find and fall in love with our Early Childhood Platform. You’ll be the main driver of all the content we produce to win in the US, such as articles, guides, videos, newsletters, webinars and more. You’ll become one of the content team’s main pillars and focus mainly on the US market. With regards to location, we’d really love you to join Famly here at our Copenhagen HQ. If you're not here already, perhaps you're keen to move to the city of bikes and pastries. We can help you with relocating, getting a visa, and finding childcare (and a lot of new friends).


What you'll be doing

Our mission in the US this year is to expand our reach and brand awareness. We need you on board to work closely with the US sales team and customer success teams to spread the word about Famly - and eventually increase our number of US inbound leads. 


What projects you’ll be expected to collaborate on and own:

  • Work with the Head of Content Marketing to create an exhaustive content strategy for the US market.

  • Take part in building and managing a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, guides, webinars, infographics, videos, interviews, etc.)

  • Grow and nurture Famly’s subscriber base by providing our audience with regular, helpful content that’s in tune with their needs.

  • Recruit, manage and serve as primary editor for an external network of US-based freelance contributors to our blog.

  • Work closely with senior leaders, marketing teammates, and other departments to create effective communications strategies that articulate our product’s core benefits properly and consistently.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges in the US to build a more effective editorial calendar.

  • Collaborate with the US Marketing Project Manager and the graphic designers to create engaging campaigns and brand activations.

  • Work closely with the Performance Marketing and SEO Managers with the goal of increasing the number of MQLs.

  • Run and regularly analyse and report on the performance of our content efforts, and locate opportunities for improvement and optimisation.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Are from the US yourself or have close ties to it 

  • Have 6+ years of experience in content marketing or direct copywriting experience

  • Have strong knowledge of content marketing strategy and channels

  • Have a metrics-driven approach

  • Have an editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
