We are looking for a Carpentry Partnership Manager to join our team - in the Copenhagen office - as a carpentry superstar and help us build partnerships that knock the nails right out of the park.
To succeed in this role, you have a background as an experienced carpenter with a talent for sales and a large network of carpentry business contacts. We are not interested in tech wizards - we are looking for good old-fashioned salespeople who know how to build relationships and close deals. We will provide all the necessary tools and support to help you succeed, but it's up to you to bring the charm, personality, and industry knowledge that seals the deal 🪟🪚
Fluency in Danish, close to the native level, is a requirement for this position.
As a Carpentry Partnership Manager, you will need to be a road warrior with a talent for managing relationships. Your car 🚙 will become your second home as you visit potential partners all over the country.
You will be responsible for managing sales funnels in our CRM system (Freshdesk), handling contract terms with ease, and making sure every partnership is profitable for everyone involved. This means you'll need to be skilled at navigating the intricacies of managing partnerships while keeping a sharp focus on results.
Develop and maintain relationships with a portfolio of carpentry businesses
Identify opportunities for partnerships with B2B customers (carpenter businesses) and develop a service that benefits both parties
Develop and execute partnership strategies to achieve sales targets (sell our windows and doors through our partner network)
Provide reports on the status of partnerships and sales funnels
Maintain and update the partners' information and activities in our CRM system to ensure accuracy and completeness
Knowledge of the carpentry industry, including different brands and quality categories (background as a carpenter 🪚)
Experience in sales, specifically in the carpentry industry - this is our personal preference, however your interest in the sales field and an education and/or work experience as a carpenter are enough
Experience in partnership management, preferably in a B2B context, is a plus
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Close-to-native fluency in Danish, in addition to advanced English language skills 🇩🇰
Experience with CRM software
Must have a car and be willing to travel 🚙
Biannual trips to Estonia. Think smoke sauna, pine forests, cheap craft beer 🍻
5 weeks of vacation 🏝
1 Care Day each quarter - a day JUST for you where you can do whatever you would like to 💙
Pension - partly paid for by Klar 💰
Possibility to work from our sister offices from time to time (only if you want to). Klar will cover the plane tickets to Copenhagen, Stockholm, Tartu, or Tallinn ✈️
An opportunity to have a significant influence on your work and the business in general (we are very open to change) 💡
Lunch - partly paid for by Klar 🌮
Flexibility (in terms of working hours, work-from-home days, and vacation) 📅
An informal and positive workspace that likes to joke around 🤪
A scale-up environment: Not a start-up with no means, nor a corporate monster that doesn’t care 🚀
Unforgettable team events and company parties twice a year (all Klar heroes together 🦸🏼🥂🦸♂️ )
ASAP would be nice. But we are also realistic - so we are waiting for the right candidate 🏃♀️💨
We are a vibrant team with great energy situated in Copenhagen (well, Valby) 😇. Our headquarters are in Tartu, Estonia - but you will be working from our cozy Danish office which is currently the ‘home’ of 19 cool, talented colleagues.
Our Copenhagen-based office is well connected to several public transportation points (bus and s-tog stations within 2 min walk) and has access to a large parking lot (if you are not a big fan of cycling 🚴).
Let’s just address it straight away! Windows and doors - sounds dry, huh? Don’t let it hold you back – think of how many boring products you love – curtains, furniture, skincare, credit cards (last one, you could argue 😉). We are on a mission to do the same: create a next-generation windows/doors company all run by e-commerce. Join the journey—it is going to be a lot of fun 💪
We are the fastest-growing European D2C business for windows and doors. Our products are affordable because we sell directly to our customers without intermediaries. We have an Estonian founder and CEO however, much of the administration is in Denmark, which is also currently our biggest market. Our production facilities are in Estonia, where all our wonderful wood comes from. We have been growing by +100% for the last three years. That means you will be part of a growing success – and are only just getting started! ☄️
We encourage applications from all backgrounds, ethnicities, genders, communities, and industries and are committed to having a team made up of diverse skills, experiences, and abilities. We value the positive impact that difference has on our teams and are committed to equality and diversity within our workforce.
Send us a resumé as soon as possible - We will conduct ongoing interviews 👌
