We're founded by serial entrepreneurs and techies with previous successes like Ofload and have raised pre-seed and seed funding from some of Europe's top VCs and angels. We're now expanding our top-tier team to build a sustainability and tech powerhouse headquartered in Copenhagen 🤘.
We’ve launched a stellar product and have onboarded the first group of awesome customers. With our seed funding closed, we’re now ready to supercharge our growth and are looking for a pioneer that can build our growth marketing almost from scratch.
Growth marketing is at the core of our growth strategy, driven by a product that provides “wow” moments to customers instantly when they upload their suppliers. We’re therefore looking to turn this into a freemium experience and double down on thought leadership, SEO, and online marketing (Google & LinkedIn) to make as many companies sustainable procurement pioneers as possible!
You’ll work directly with the founder and CEO, interface with our super-talented product and sales teams, and get mentorship both from inside the company and leading experts outside. You are passionate about growth marketing and start-ups, and want to be the best growth marketer to ever have existed!
You are a self-starter and thrive on being thrown into the deep end with lots of ownership.
You have already gotten your hands dirty with growth marketing/performance marketing in a B2B start-up/scale-up.
You have experience with running and experimenting with LinkedIn and Google Ads to target B2B customers.
You cannot see a website without having a strong opinion on how to improve it.
You either have experience with or a deep desire to build experience with SEO and content marketing.
You have a sharp pen, an eye for visuals, and the resourcefulness to combine your own execution with freelancers to execute exciting campaigns without the need for a fully-fledged creative team to ideate, create and execute an exciting online campaign.
You are analytical, data-driven, and not scared of getting your hands dirty with a spreadsheet
You already live in Copenhagen, or an EU country (so you have working rights) and are excited to relocate to Copenhagen
Work directly with our CEO to develop and execute the growth strategy to take our impact start-up to the next level.
As the first growth marketing hire the scope is vast, and success comes from structured experimentation, strong prioritization, and a resourcefulness to maximize output with limited resources - and have fun while doing it!
Experiment across channels to figure out what delivers the best results for Responsibly, incl:
Implement and execute marketing campaigns across Google, and LinkedIn.
Implement and execute content marketing and thought leadership together with our CEO, internal experts, and content writers.
Implementing and executing our SEO strategy together with our product team
Analyze and monitor metrics to optimize campaigns, website, and conversion rates, etc.

We provide a sustainable procurement platform that uses advanced technologies and AI (I know, lots of buzzwords…) to evaluate how sustainable your suppliers are, and use that data to do anything from running and achieving supply chain sustainability objectives, achieving compliance with supply chain sustainability acts, and put sustainability next to price on every supplier scorecard in the world.
We have a personal vendetta with the old-school sustainability questionnaire that suppliers are currently getting bombarded with, and that’s distracting the entire industry away from action and impact. Our tech innovates the supplier due diligence process by automatically aggregating every sustainability data point on a company’s set of suppliers across the data landscape and allows buyers to focus supplier engagement on collaboration and improvement.
