Are you interested in communication, graphic design, and digital media? Can you produce creative content for social media (SoMe) and websites? Then you might be just who we're looking for!

Foreningen Maker is a membership organization for physical entrepreneurs in Denmark. We work to promote creativity, innovation, and local product development and production in Denmark. We build new knowledge through large European projects focused on sustainability, open source, and circular economy.

We are looking for an intern who wants to leave their mark on Maker's expression, take charge of content for our website, and primarily convey visually on social media and in projects. If you have a flair for graphic design and branding, that's a plus. At Maker, you'll have the opportunity to contribute from small details to big ideas. We have an open-minded approach, a trial-and-error mindset, great stories, and bold gestures.

About the work:

The internship period starts in the fall semester of 2023 and lasts 6-12 months. Your focus will be working on content for the website and social media, as well as getting to know Foreningen Maker, our workshop, and members. We offer a varied workday that sometimes involves developing new content and features for our website, while at other times you'll be writing compelling stories and creating inspiring posts on our social media. By generating video material, images, and text, you'll contribute to developing a storytelling approach to our brand, creating portraits of our members, and promoting events on social media and other platforms.

As an intern with us, you'll be part of a small team that emphasizes collaboration, solidarity, as well as independence and responsibility. You'll have the opportunity to get to know many exciting physical entrepreneurs and build a network in the startup industry.

We imagine that you:

• Have a good understanding of social media and content creation

• Have experience using Adobe Suite. It's a plus if you're skilled in graphic design and want to contribute to developing your visual identity.

• •Have experience with or are willing to use WordPress and Elementor

• Are eager to learn and contribute ideas

• Are independent and responsible

• Can communicate in English, both orally and in writing (Danish is a plus)

• You must be a student, and the internship must be for academic credit

• Maker provides a monthly stipend of 3,000 DKK to all interns
