Job Title: Senior Google Ads Specialist (Remote)

At Online Minds, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Google Ads Specialist to join our growing team. As a Senior Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our 8 own online businesses' Google Ads campaigns to drive maximum ROI and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns for multiple websites across a variety of industries

• Conduct extensive keyword research and analysis to identify high-value search terms and opportunities

• Create and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements to drive maximum click-through rates and conversions

• Analyze campaign performance data and make strategic recommendations for optimization and improvement

• Provide regular reports and updates to clients on campaign performance, including metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and industry developments in Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Google Ads campaign management and optimization

• Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and campaign optimization

• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and leverage performance data to drive campaign success

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred
