Responsibilities:

Puori is seeking an outgoing, passionate, highly motivated, and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Technical Product Coordinator as part of the Product team. You will be working in a team that is responsible for coordinating the development of new products and ensuring that existing products meet the company's high standards for quality, transparency, and scientific rigor. We are looking for a candidate that has a background in scientific research, still in education, experience working in product development or quality control capacity is not a must but an asset.

Your job will include:

• Act as a technical and scientific sparring partner in relation to current and new products within dietary supplements.

• Provide sales and marketing with the necessary technical and scientific expertise to be able to sell Puori's products, including printed and electronic marketing material, product training and relevant clinical documentation, as well as around physiology and nutrition in general.

• Help resolve customer needs and questions by working closely with customer service and logistics.

• Work proactively with our external suppliers and partners to ensure product formulation, quality, regulatory aspects, and certifications etc. from a technical and scientific point of view.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate the development of new products, from concept to launch.

• Conduct research on the scientific and technical aspects of ingredients and formulations to inform product development decisions.

• Ensure that product formulations meet Puori's high standards for quality and efficacy.

• Coordinate with manufacturing partners to ensure that product specifications are met.

• Manage product labeling and packaging design, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Monitor and analyze industry trends to inform product development decisions.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute product launch plans.

• Develop and maintain product quality, documentation, including technical data sheets and product specifications.

• Run and maintain our Transparency Test Project which is considered the foundation of Puori Transparency

Qualifications:

• Finished or under education, Bachelor's (or diploma bachelor) degree in a scientific or technical field, such as chemistry, pharmacist, or food science.

• Strong understanding of scientific principles and ability to interpret scientific data.

• Experience in a product development or quality control role, preferably in the dietary supplement or natural products industry (not needed).

• A team player with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Work structured with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
