Your Role as CTO:

At Diplomasafe, we're not merely seeking a CTO; we're looking for a visionary technical leader who is passionate about taking ownership and shaping our technological future. You will be involved in every aspect of our business, from strategizing to product development, as well as collaborating with our CISO, our development partner in Bulgaria, sales team, and customer success managers. You will also have the opportunity to spearhead an exhilarating EU blockchain project, driving our technological innovations forward.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technology strategy and product development initiatives, leveraging blockchain and trust-based solutions.

• Collaborate with our CISO, sales team, customer success managers, and our development partner in Bulgaria to deliver high-quality updates and features.

• Keep abreast of the latest technological trends and incorporate them into our technology roadmap as appropriate.

• Work closely with the CEO to translate high-level business requirements into actionable technical plans, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Foster a results-driven work environment, nurturing a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in a technology-driven Startup/scaleup, preferably within the ed-tech or online services sector.

• Strong knowledge of AWS and familiarity with blockchain technologies.

• Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven track record of strategic and creative thinking, with a strong focus on innovation and growth.

• Strong project management skills, with a history of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, security, and data privacy best practices.
