The Job 🎮

We’re growing, and UDU is now looking for a Lead Game Developer who will play a crucial role in driving our game development initiatives. In this position, you'll be leading a team of talented developers and working closely with the CTO, and other stakeholders to shape and execute our game development strategy.

As the Lead Software Game Developer at UDU, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Game Development: Leading the development and deployment of innovative and engaging games for the UDU CONSOLE using the Unity game engine.

• Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring a team of developers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality development.

• Technical Excellence: Ensuring technical excellence in game development practices, including coding standards, optimization, and performance.

• Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including the COO, game designers, artists, and QA, to deliver exceptional gaming experiences.

• Innovation: Continuously exploring and implementing new technologies, tools, and techniques, including working with the motion tracking physical device.

• Project Management: Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of game development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Nice to have:

• Experience with game design

• Experience with ML and AI

• Understanding of firmware and BLE communication
