THINK International is on the lookout for an Executive and Personal Assistant to our Group CEO. We need an international spirit who thrives in a fast-paced environment, organizing, facilitating, and tackling everything from strategic meetings to personal tasks with enthusiasm and care. You'll be playing a vital role in the effective running of our organisation and the achievement of our mission.
📚 What's this role all about?
Secretarial support, ensuring efficient planning, organization, and follow-up of meetings (40%)
Financial and administrative support (20%)
Grant administration, assisting with application monitoring, preparation, and administration (30%)
Personal assistance to the CEO, helping with personal affairs and projects (10%)

🌟 We imagine that you:
Are located in or near Copenhagen
Have a minimum of two years experience in administration
Are an MS Office, TEAMs and ChatGPT wizard
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Danish
Are tech-savvy, AI friendly and motivated to break new terrain
Want to make a difference in this world and gain a deep understanding of how our operations work
Are a planner, communicator, ready to learn; a critical thinker with high attention to detail
Take initiative, self-driven with excellent time management skills
Can't refrain from helping other people - you have a friendly and positive mindset and a can-do attitude!

Have experience from the NGO sector
Have experience with funding applications

🎓 What do you need?
A minimum qualification of a Bachelor's degree in a related field
Fluent in English and Danish
A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles
