Scaleup Finance provides start-ups and growing companies with a subscription-based solution to reduce the burden of financial modeling and finance admin for founders. Our model is based on two pillars: Tech Enablement through our Financial Management Platform, and a service layer made up of experienced finance professionals.
In the first 2 years, we've gone from 4 to 85+ employees. Last year we raised a seed round of $8m, which at the time was a record for a Danish founded company. With the new capital, we have set up a London office to service UK customers and continue developing our software platform.
What will you be working on?
As a Student Operational Excellence specialist, you will be part of a team who are responsible for ensuring Scaleup Finance is operating as efficiently and effectively as possible. You will work with a variety of different departments to identify opportunities for improvement, develop plans to implement those improvements and track progress over time.
You will be involved in developing new processes or procedures for our 3rd party systems, operational efficiency initiatives and advancement of data insights for our operations teams.
Your primary tasks will be:
Understand Scaleup Finance's current process and needs to help identify opportunities for improvement.
Aid in the development of new strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Make necessary adjustments to systems configuration in line with the team's strategic goals.
Produce process documentation and educate employees about process changes to ensure that they are implemented effectively.
Recommending new processes or technologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
We imagine that you can tick off the following boxes:
Kandidat education in a field such as Business Administration, information technology, Digital Business or a related discipline.
Working experience in Hubspot workflows and automation.
Experience with data analytics tools, such as Power BI
