About the role
You are passionate about the environmental and social impact of Dripdrop. We plant a tree for every umbrella rental, and our business model is built on challenging the traditional buy-and-throwaway culture. We prioritise the use of recycled materials and foster a culture of sharing.
As a Growth and Administration assistant, your experience in handling customers is valuable, but what truly excites you is the opportunity to grow in this role. You will be the face and voice of our brand in various day-to-day situations, playing a central role in shaping how we interact with customers as we grow into a large and globally impactful company in the coming years.
You are not afraid to get your hands dirty - For example at our partner factory or going for a trip to visit our customers all around Europe.Â
You’ll work closely with and report to our CEO, Andreas Søgaard.
What you’ll do:
Developing and maintaining direct customer relationships including senior stakeholders.
Managing a significant portion of our inbound leads, facilitating online demonstrations of our product and unique selling points.
Handling the end-to-end process from contact to contract for inbound leads across various markets and cultures.
Collaborating daily with our CEO to execute our growth strategy, leveraging your experience to plan and implement initiatives.
Support the rest of the Dripdrop team ad-hoc
Assisting with maintaining and operating the CRM system and other administrative tasks.
What you have:
Dreams of working and performing in an ambitious and friendly small startup team whilst also performing independently.
Some experience in handling B2B customers. Highly structured and precise in your work.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with individuals of different personality types.
You’re keen to learn about the technology and our product.
A desire to grow both personally and professionally within our organisation.
Bonus points if you speak German, Dutch, and/or French.
Bonus points for direct experience in the hospitality industry.

NOTE: This position requires the candidate to be present at the Dripdrop office for most days of the week, as remote work is not currently an option.
