The fashion industry is one of the biggest environmental sinners of our time. Trendsales is on a mission to change that by making secondhand buying and -selling even easier and safer.
To empower us in this mission, we are currently looking for a colleague for a temporary maternity cover, who can join and lead our Customer Support team until our current Team Lead is expected back from maternity leave at the end of April 2024.
The Customer Support team covers a broad support function, which primarily focuses on:
user questions about the general use of the platform (UX support)
user reports on technical errors
user reports of and questions regarding trades, deliveries, campaigns, subscriptions and much more
The team consists of 12 part-time employees, primarily students. The Customer Support team is deeply rooted in our Customer Operations department consisting of our Fraud Prevention team, which proactively monitors suspicious activity and security on Trendsales, as well as our Trade Resolution team, which intervenes in cases where the buyer and seller need a helping hand to resolve trade-related disputes.
We are looking for a colleague who can:
Maintain day-to-day operations: motivate and engage the team; prioritize, manage and distribute tasks; qualify need for and identify and recruit new employees; supplement the team on daily operational tasks. Concrete operational tasks consist of:
Monthly one-on-one conversations
Monthly shift planning
Ongoing training and quality assurance of the team
Reporting on KPIs to our CFO
Handling of escalated inquiries, including direct contact with users
Identification of recurring and/or urgent issues that must be escalated
Efficient collaboration with the Product team to ensure issues and improvements are handled and planned for
Creating excellent user experiences: Help to rethink and challenge how we meet users when they need help, so that we constantly ensure the highest possible customer satisfaction (cSAT) for the users who are in contact with Customer Support.
We imagine you:
are motivated to join a team that is dynamic, where the status quo is constantly challenged and where hands-on operational tasks are a regular part of daily life
have a natural understanding of business and numbers, as well as the ability to see patterns and put them into a system
have a natural drive to constantly improve the way we think, work and act
have experience leading a small team or individuals successfully
speak and understand Danish
have 0-2 years of working experience after completing your studiesÂ
are motivated to work fully from the office during your onboarding

About Trendsales:
Trendsales is developing rapidly, and therefore we are open for potential opportunities to extend the employment in another function after the end of the temporary position.
The Trendsales team consists of around 75 Product, Support and Marketing colleagues based in central Copenhagen. We work in a hybrid model, so when and how much you use the office is up to you.
