We are looking for a talented and driven individual to join the House 4 House team as a Chief Sales Officer. As our CSO, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our sales operations. You will develop and execute sales strategies to maximise revenue, build strong customer relationships, and promote our brand. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, exceptional leadership skills, and hands-on involvement in the sales process.


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets, maintaining accurate records and providing regular reports.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, securing sales contracts and partnerships.

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, actively reaching out to prospects.

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products/services, effectively communicating their features and benefits.

  • Coordinate the sales strategies with the marketing strategies developed by other team members.

  • Analyse market trends and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.


  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Proven sales executive experience with leadership skills.

  • Demonstrated experience with sales execution, with emphasis on online sales.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking abilities.

  • Knowledge of the toy industry as well as the market trends.

  • Marketing experience in the EU, and preferably Danish markets.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating on the key aspects of the job with the rest of the team.

  • Communication in English is a requirement, communication in Danish is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of data analytics to further refine an understanding of House 4 House’s customer base and develop targeted sales strategy.

As our CSO, you will receive equity in House 4 House on a target-led basis - exact percentages to be negotiated.
