In Dripdrop, you’ll play an important role in putting an untraditional eco-friendly Danish rain tech startup on the map. Dripdrop is the leading hotel umbrella service in the world. Our customer base primarily consists of the biggest and most recognized brands in the world such as: Radisson, Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Scandic etc.

Role

Are you a student looking for an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on startup experience with finance and administrative tasks while supporting your studies? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! As a student assistant with our company, you will have the chance to learn and grow as you take on a variety of tasks, both nationally and internationally. Not only will you get to see firsthand how a tech scale up company operates, but you'll also have the chance to learn from experienced professionals and gain valuable insights along the way.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and track invoices.

  • Daily book keeping and accounting, including invoice approvals.

  • Assist with internal and external reporting.

  • Streamline and document current workflows.

  • Complete any additional administrative tasks as needed.


Competencies

  • Enrolment in a Finance/business/admin Master's program or related experience in bookkeeping/audit preferred.

  • Interest in accounting.

  • Getting stuff done.

  • Attention to detail is critical.

  • Customer service and communication skills a must. 

  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Reliable and trustworthy.

  • Quick to learn new systems and software.

  • Proven Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets skills. 

  • Strong team-player.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in English

Our lovely and not very huge office space is placed centrally in Aarhus (Nørre Alle 70).

NOTE: This position requires the candidate to be in the Dripdrop office most of the time but can over time transition to partly remote.
