The Opportunity 💼

We're seeking a highly-motivated, self-organized Co-Founder who is passionate about data and excited about using it to create the best matches ❤️. As a key member of our founding team, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our product and help shape our startup's future.

Roles and Responsibilities ⚙️

1. Work hand-in-hand with the founding team in shaping our strategic direction and product development 🎯

2. Implement robust data strategies and analytics, leveraging your expertise in data engineering and data science 📊

3. Participate actively in other aspects of platform development and operations, demonstrating versatility and a willingness to tackle various roles and tasks 👩‍💻👨‍💻

4. Cultivate an innovative, agile, and collaborative company culture 🌈

Key Qualifications ✅

1. Education or proven experience in Data Engineering, Data Science, or a related field

2. Located in Northern Europe, preferably in the Copenhagen region or Southern Sweden 🗺️

3. Demonstrated experience with data-driven decision-making and analytics

4. Willingness and ability to contribute to various aspects of platform development

5. Strong leadership skills, with an ability to inspire and motivate a team 🏆

6. Excellent communication and presentation skills 📢
