Student assistant – Communication and Events

Salary Competitive

We are tech entrepreneurs with a business and health background. We are aiming high and taking on significant challenges. Not alone, we’re an energetic community supported by great partners. And as our community of 32+ health tech startups and scaleups are growing, we are looking for an energetic Student assistant to increase our reach.

Responsibilities:

  • Keeping track of our contact lists and making sure they are up to date.

  • Tasks depend on your profile.

  • You will take ownership of your tasks, and you are not afraid to raise a question or ask for help. You will seek sparring actively, to culture a learning environment and to solve any issue.

  • You deliver on time and can handle tight deadlines that might occur.

  • If you have experience within the innovation scene it is an advantage. You have perhaps worked with startup communities before, understand their challenges and speak their language.

  • Enthusiastic about health and technology and ready to join us on our mission to make health tech everyone’s business.

Preferred skills:

  • Professional writing skills. You can adapt to a tone-of-voice and design manual with ease and create engaging content.

  • Familiarity with Canva and/or other design software is a plus.

  • You have experience with coordinating and/or assisting at events (big or small).

  • We do not expect you to know everything from the beginning, but to be ready for a steep learning curve.

We are:

  • A small and diverse team who enjoys working together but runs many activities independently.

  • As we are a small team working in a dynamic setting, tasks not predicted continuously occur. We appreciate a culture where we help each other and set and achieve our goals together.

  • A non-profit organisation that is privately funded to support startups and the health tech environment.

  • A team of health tech enthusiasts on a joint mission to improve healthcare and lower health-related costs for 1 billion people worldwide.

  • Located in a cosy Copenhagen office.

  • You will be a part of our team activities, team days, and other fun we come up with on the way.

Our team exercises a culture of trust, openness, self-reflection and we support individual growth.
