Hi! Here’s your invite to join the Selma Finance team marketing & design team. We are a fast-growing, VC backed, B2C Fintech Startup based in Zurich and Helsinki. Selma is a digital investment assistant who helps you do the right things with your money. Our mission is to make investing and financial advice accessible to everyone. Selma is currently available in Switzerland🇨🇭, we have 10,000+ clients, and are eager to scale our business.
As a User Experience Research Intern, you'll be embedded into one of our strategic areas where you can impact our clients meaningfully. You will have a chance to develop your career through hands-on learning.
Responsibilities
Design and conduct client interviews, remote interviews, field studies, and survey design.
Identify the best method or a mix of quantitative and qualitative methods based on priorities, research questions, timeline, and resourcing.
Must haves
Based in Finland or Switzerland
Fluent in German and English
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Nice to haves
Available to work at least 60% with a start date as soon as possible
Experience in an applied research setting, including integrating user research into product designs and design practices
Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
If you haven’t studied formally, you have prior experience in conducting user research via interviews
