Administrative student assistant at Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship
Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship (CSE) is CBS' entrepreneurship unit, where students and academics are supported in acquiring entrepreneurial and innovation skills through testing different business concepts and developing their own startup companies and projects. In addition, we offer various courses, workshops and events for startups and students. To ensure a smooth delivery of these platforms, CSE is looking for an administrative profile to keep operations running smoothly.
About the position
We are looking for a skilled administrative coordinator to support the CSE department with practical and administrative tasks. The position includes many different tasks that must ensure an efficient and flexible everyday life in the office, such as handling inquiries, receiving and coding invoices, inventory, minute-taking, archiving and reporting. The position offers a great opportunity to gain knowledge and experience in operational management tasks and play a central role in supporting entrepreneurial activities. Duties will vary, but your responsibilities will include:
Assistance to the director in connection with the coordinating and communicative tasks (mail, calendar, meetings, info-mail)
Organization of meetings – both physical and virtual
Invoice handling and support of financial management in CSE
Investigate, organize and register travel bookings in a timely and error-free manner
Support of HR related tasks
Responsible for equipment including printers, doors, wi-fi and technical onboarding
Ordering office supplies, groceries, furniture removal, etc.
Liaison between the campus employees and other administrative bodies at CBS
Maintenance and updates of various IT systems and platforms
Responsibility for office, common areas and meeting rooms

The ideal candidate is
Strong in operations and administration with a preference for analytical and detail-oriented tasks.
Solution-oriented and able to work independently, with strong prioritization skills.
Strong communicator in both written and spoken Danish and English (important).
Takes pride in performing high-quality operational tasks.
Reliable, structured and thrives in a changing everyday life.
Has knowledge of the MS office package and can learn new platforms.
Accommodating and service minded.
Salary and terms of employment
Employment will take place in accordance with the HK organizational agreement and the Agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Publicly Employed Organizations (OAO-S Agreement).
The salary is between DKK 132.24 and DKK 138.72 and depends on previous employment in the office profession and level of education. A pension is paid if there has been 9 months of previous employment in the public sector and you have reached the age of 20, or have previously been covered by a pension scheme as part of a previous employment. The pension contribution amounts to 11.19% of the pensionable salary components.
It is a prerequisite for employment that you are an active student at a higher education institution.
The employment is time-limited in the period up to the student's graduation date.
