Positions are on a voluntary basis, we are looking for individuals that want to grow and learn new skills and gain exciting work experience while being a part of our diverse and multicultural community.

As a member of the operations team, you’ll strengthen the entrepreneurial atmosphere and create a community of able future entrepreneurs in Helsinki and the larger urban area in collaboration with students and other entrepreneurship societies.

Another plus: you will be able to use English at work, although having a basic knowledge of Finnish and an interest in improving never hurts.

MARKETING:

🟣Take the lead in marketing tasks related to event promotion

🟣Ideate a marketing strategy

🟣Social media & paid ads management

🟣Blog posting process & creation

🟣Content creation and design (graphic, visual, other marketing material)

EVENTS:

🟢Assist and lead with organizing events and activities

🟢Actively connect with potential speakers

🟢Dive within different ecosystems to curate new event ideas

🟢Event coordination, production & logistics management

PARTNERSHIP:

🔵Improve & develop new membership benefits

🔵Initiate collaborations with external partners, potential sponsors

🔵Close deals with sponsors and new partnerships

🔵Uphold collaborations and partnerships

COMMUNITY:

🟡Engage with members on-site, online and on the Xes app

🟡Represent Xes and participate in promotional talks, videos, etc.

🟡Improve membership process and community reach

🟡Collaborate with programs or courses for Haaga-Helia students related to entrepreneurship

FINANCE:

🟠Create and manage budgets

🟠Monitor financial performance

🟠Extra hands with other financial related tasks

PROJECT LEADING:

🟤Starting/leading a new project/leading existing projects

🟤Monitor the KPIs and execution accordingly

🟤Engage members to develop new concepts within the Xes Helsinki (or 3AMK ES Alliance)

OTHER:
