The community consists of 32+ health tech startups and scaleups that are dedicated to making a real and meaningful impact on people's lives. Our members need to scale and reach out to more people. We want to create faster and smoother paths for our members to reach new international markets.

Therefore, we are looking for a new colleague to be responsible for global partnerships and international market expansions. This is your opportunity to work with leading health tech startups and to make a huge impact on the lives of patients, their relatives and carers, and health professionals.

Responsibilities

• Act as a connector and facilitator, helping our members establish relationships with the right people in international markets to ensure a smooth and successful landing.

• Manage and maintain relationships with our international collaborators, including hospitals, health tech clusters and other key stakeholders.

• Serve as our primary point of contact for international public relations and international delegations, working with organizations such as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark.

• Develop clear paths for our members to successfully enter new international markets.

• Foster a culture of sharing among our startups, enabling them to learn from each other's experiences in certain markets.

• Assist our members in developing their international strategies, including selecting the next country to scale into.

• Facilitate attractive one-to-many sessions for our members.

Your skillset and background

• A deep understanding of how startups operate and what drives their success.

• A natural ability to network and establish relationships, with a broad network to leverage in your work.

• Experience in scaling health tech or similar into international markets.

• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong bias for action.

• A passion for improving healthcare through the use of new technologies.

• A highly structured, data-driven and strategic mindset.

• Must be based in Denmark, ideally within commuting distance of Copenhagen.

• Excellent English language skills, both oral and written.
