About the Role

Ocean.io is looking for a Commercial Systems Manager to join our Revenue Operations team in Copenhagen. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to have your hands in a wide variety of tasks and learn the ins and outs of fine-tuning a commercial engine through ocean.io’s tech stack, as you assist the Revenue Operations Manager in executing new processes across commercial systems

What you'll do in this role:

  • In short: you’ll work with data and processes across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure the capture of meaningful data while supporting commercial functions run smoothly throughout ocean.io’s customer journey 

  • Owning the commercial tech stack and the daily operations of the software. (Hubspot as the central platform. Other revenue-enabling software in our stack is Intercom, Churned.io, Younium, etc.) 

  • Manage and sharpen current systems to ensure all systems are working together properly.
