About the Role

Ocean.io is looking for a part-time accounting assistant to join our Operations team in Copenhagen. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take responsibility for bookkeeping and accounting, in collaboration with both Ocean.io’s Co-founder and the Revenue Operations Manager. 

What you'll do in this role:

• Bookkeeping in collaboration with our external finance team

• Debtor management from issuing invoices to payment. Including management and effectuation of intermediate processes.

Your qualifications

• You have a minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience

• You are familiar with e-conomics and preferably also with Corpay

• You navigate familiar Excel and Google sheet

• You have worked with SaaS companies

• You are flexible and see it as a joint task for the company to meet deadlines, especially at the end of the month

• You can perform in English both in writing and speaking
