Whistleblower Partners is looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Representative to join our Sales Team – A fully Remote
Whistleblower Partners is a leading service provider of compliant whistleblower solutions to companies and organizations in Europe.
With our services, we support whistleblowers to come forward in an anonymous and secure manner while supporting our companies in case handling and taking the right preventative initiatives. Our goal is to provide compliance and readiness, while we engage with experts and stakeholders to create organizations where prevention is a natural part of the culture.
We are headquartered in central Copenhagen (Denmark) and are a virtual organization working out of multiple locations in Europe, including Germany, France, Finland, and Sweden.
What will you be doing?
You will be mainly responsible for:
Full sales cycle sales from lead generation to closing
Contacting around 50-70 new leads per day in your native language
Building a healthy pipeline with potential customers from different industries for your local market
Daily online sales meetings where you pitch our solution and demonstrate our whistleblower system
Drafting commercial offers and contracts
Handing over new customers to our customer success team
Who are you?
We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a competitive and results-oriented outbound sales environment and who meets the following qualifications:
Native language skills in one of the following languages: Danish, Swedish, Finnish, German, French, Dutch
Excellent English skills (verbal and written)
Proven success in outbound meeting booking and online sales
Experience with the Microsoft Suite, Dialer & CRM systems
Winning personality that radiates through the telephone and in online meetings
Motivated by the day-to-day and hour-to-hour successes
Strong self-driven performance level with the ability to be a team player and be motivated by the team's success
Persuasive presentation skills with the ability to gain commitment, prepare and qualify great sales opportunities in planned and confirmed online meetings
Understanding of the target person and decision team influencing the closing of the contract
Ability to describe a complex legal topic in the native language of the country to call
You have a background in B2B sales and ideally, you have experience selling SaaS solutions. You are a quick learner and have the ability to quickly gain a good understanding of the product offering at a level to convey the key benefits to the stakeholders of a potential customer.
Finally, you are eager to take responsibility as an individual performer and demonstrate coachability and willingness to improve and deliver great results within a short time frame.

Competitive base salary with an uncapped sales commission.
