We are looking for a profile who is passionate about being a part of the supply chain/logistics department. As a person, you are not afraid of bringing new ideas and knowledge to the table, but at the same time, you are not scared of doing practical work. The right candidate will make progress with us and will be a key part of designing and implementing new processes, built for future growth.

Your workday could look like this: You come into the office in the morning, where you make yourself a cup of coffee or tea. Then your work starts with updating yourself on the sales orders, you are responsible for that day. You start picking an order but find out that a crucial part is missing in its location. You find a solution with one of the purchasers and get your order packed and shipped. At lunchtime, you go to the buffet with your colleagues. Afterward, you update your work description and do some planning for next week with a co-worker.

We expect you to work 12-15 hours per week (less in exam periods), with the possibility to work even more during vacation periods. As the work is a “hands-on job” you must be living in Denmark, so you can bring your positive energy into the office.

The job You will work in multiple areas, together with your colleagues:

• Work descriptions of packing methods

• Pick parts for sales orders

• Pack outgoing sales orders

• Handle shipping

For the right profile, there will also be the possibility to help optimize and take charge of:

• Contact and follow up with courier and customs

• Handle import cases

• Optimization of packaging

• Optimization of our shipping process

• You have :

• A “can do” attitude

• Strong attention to detail

• A creative approach to solving problems

• The capability to work independently and in teams

• The ability to learn and understand things quickly

• Strong English skills, both written and oral

• More than two years left of your studies

The workplace is in Copenhagen (Østerbro), Denmark. We expect to move to Greater Copenhagen during winter/spring.
