In this job you will be exposed to a wide variety of responsibilities:

  • Identify performance and value optimization opportunities across multiple product categories, namely software and IoT solutions

  • Data analysis, financial modeling, and business case building centered on making actionable insights and recommendations for change

  • Cross-functional project collaboration with commercial stakeholders to define and implement new pricing initiatives

  • Develop and maintain pricing intelligence, incl. KPI reporting and competitor benchmarks

  • Support our product teams with customer surveys and external industry research

  • Facilitate informed decision-making towards the executive management team on pricing matters

Who are you ideally? 

  • 1-2 years of experience working with strategy, business controlling, pricing, or similar 

  • Good communication skills and ability to present facts and data simply and concretely

  • Entrepreneurial mindset that enjoys creating something new in order to see pricing from a broader perspective

  • A team player with a ‘Can do attitude

  • Get energized from interacting with various people and stakeholders internally. 

  • Skilled user of Office tools incl. Excel and Power BI

  • English skills at a business level. We are a global organization with international colleagues in and outside of Denmark

  • Previous experience in conducting desktop research and competitor benchmarking is an advantage

Our hiring process

  • As Stephan is currently on paternity leave, we will first look at applications at the beginning of June. We will follow the steps below. 

  • Virtual meet and greet. Meet with our VP of Pricing and a colleague from our People & Talent team.

  • Personality-based interview. You will be asked to fill out an online personality assessment using use Hogan prior to the interview. There are no correct answers and we are not trying to categorize you - the aim is a dialogue about the results and Trackunit’s culture.

  • Assignment-specific interview. We want you to get an insight into some of the work tasks related to the role, so you will be given a case to prepare after the initial screening interview. You will present the case to colleagues from across Trackunit.
