Eat Grim is a platform for 2nd class and surplus fruits and vegetables. We bring high-quality but sometimes imperfect-looking produce directly from farms to your doorstep in the form of a food box. We also serve companies with sustainable snack boxes. In a nutshell, we’re on a mission to create a food system where all shapes, colors and sizes are accepted and celebrated - while making it easy and fun for people to live more sustainably.Â
As the Operations Coordinator, your priority is to make sure Eat Grim’s product and service always live up to our high standards. In this position, you will be right in the heart of a game-changing impact startup and have a direct influence on Eat Grim’s success and growth. You’ll be working directly under the CEO and also closely with the whole team and partners to ensure alignment and execution of the different business activities.
Main responsibilities
Operations and logistics
Ensure the highest quality of produce, product, and service at all times
Manage our operational partners, with continuous education and feedback
Coordinate weekly production and do on-site production management appr. once a week
Coordinate logistics with 3PL
Customer service
Manage all customer service activities and provide excellent customer service in Danish and English
Business development
Evaluate and determine the operational need and capacity for the different business development projects, such as product development and launches
Execute ad hoc projects and business operations tasks
What you should bring to the table
Minimum two years experience in operations, procurement, and/or logisticsÂ
Hands-on professional experience with fresh produce
Customer orientation: always ready to go the extra mile to create a top-notch customer experience
Exceptional communication skills with different kinds of people and stakeholders - also in busy situations
Creative problem-solving skills
Native-level Danish and professional English Â
A go-do attitude and positive mindset

30 hours a week, across Mondays to Fridays
