About us

Millennial Consulting is a student-run management consultancy and program, belonging to the Student & Innovation House, Station. We provide consulting services to start-ups and SMEs that seek help with their business, by matching them with ambitious students and recent graduates for a two-month consulting project.

We are currently looking for new members to join our Leadership Team starting Fall Semester 2023.

What we look for

You are a motivated student from a university in Denmark, who wants to join our Leadership Team to accelerate the growth of Millennial Consulting with an ambitious goal to bridge student consultants from a range of universities around Copenhagen with local start-ups and SMEs. We expect that:

You have an entrepreneurial spirit and experience in managing projects
You have high analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
You are a team player, who enjoys working in a diverse team

Expect from us

We offer positions in all departments of our student-run consultancy, ranging from communications, HR & recruitment, acquisition, and finance, to the operational aspects of running consulting projects. To make onboarding successful, you can expect from us:

Hand over the documentation about the job descriptions of each department
Possibility of shadowing our team, and participating in meetings and social events already from June 2023
Mentoring and practical advice from our alumni community and consultancy partners

It's an unpaid, volunteer position, taking up around 5-10 hours a week

We are an interdisciplinary community of students and recent graduates, who: 1. create the most thriving crossdisciplinary student community 2. empower students through hands-on programmes and projects about sustainability, innovation and entrepreneurship, and 3. engage in collaborations with the private, public and civic sector. Station is a non-profit volunteer foundation dedicated to youth communities, well-being promotion, and empowering students. Our mission is to create meaningful and inclusive communities that allow students from across the country's higher education institutions to transform their engagement, curiosity, and ideas into positive change for themselves and the world. We are located in the former Frederiksberg police station at Howitzvej 30, which, following extensive renovation funded by support raised by students themselves, now serves as a modern hub for activities and innovation for students and graduates. Station is a meeting point for young people, students, and graduates who wish to participate in new and meaningful value-driven communities, challenge themselves in their fields, and be inspired by new mindsets and perspectives. Each year, we welcome over 50,000 visitors to our house, representing a diverse range of students and graduates with varying expertise, nationalities, and cultures. We serve as the nexus for approximately 250 regular members, 24 student organizations, and 100 volunteers annually, who engage through our ongoing volunteer initiatives, learning programs, and over 60 yearly activities. Station is operated by a professional secretariat that carries out tasks related to e.g. community building, project management, event management, communications, fundraising, business development, partnerships, and more. By collaborating closely with volunteers and student initiatives, we work to ensure transparency and cross-collaboration within our community and organisation, where our members, volunteers and visitors are the heart of our organisation and at the forefront of our movement.
