Do you want to take full ownership of all commercial aspects in an exciting AI-as-a-Service scaleup? Then this is for you!

Tembi was founded in the fall of 2022, with the objective of making groundbreaking prescriptive intelligence at scale. Our application merges, reads, and analyzes reports and transforms millions of external data sources into prescriptive intelligence providing better, forward looking, precise, and dynamic decisions about the market and surrounding world. In other words, we help companies use open data about markets to focus their strategy and implement it in their daily routines. We currently have around 30 major clients across the Nordic region, but are growing rapidly. The global potential of our solution is enormous and we have already started moving into the Dutch market as well. 

We are now looking for a dynamic and experienced CCO who dreams about creating an awesome B2B company, and can help develop Tembi by taking charge of our commercial strategy. You should be keen on stepping into the leadership group and will have a great influence and impact on our upcoming growth journey as we scale our business.

For the right candidate the compensation package includes equity, in addition to the regular monthly salary.

 

About the role

As our new CCO you will be fully responsible for developing and managing all commercial aspects of Tembi. You will focus on driving revenue and business growth, and be in charge of our overall commercial strategy as we move into additional markets.

You will report to our CEO Kristian and work very closely with the rest of the board. As you will play a big role in scaling our growth, you will of course also work a lot together with our sales department. 

We are curious to know how you think we should achieve our objectives. But this is some of what we envisage that you’ll be doing:

  • Lead business development initiatives and oversee our sales and growth

  • Understand the total addressable market and how to ‘get it’ by generating inbound leads to our sales organization

  • Analyze market trends and plan and execute our expansion strategy

  • Be responsible for driving SQL’s and MQL’s into the funnel and for designing/building the right automatized channels

  • Build a compelling case for our complex service and make sure everyone wants to use the Tembi platform

     

Your profile

  • You have 5+ years experience with similar tasks

  • You have previous experience within SaaS companies, and have been involved in the commercial parts of building a B2B brand before

  • You have a track-record in revenue-driving and growth

  • You might have international experience or background

  • You are not afraid of getting your hands dirty

  • You are friendly and passionate to work with

  • You bring positive energy to the team, and want to work together from our office

We are currently around 12 people in the Tembi team, mostly working within Business Development & Sales and Product Development. But we will be growing even more over the coming months. Our office is located in Christianshavn, right in the heart of Copenhagen, with the canals just outside the door. We do a lot of social activities together, and always try to celebrate our success in some way. We have one monthly social activity, such as sports or escape room etc. And we also have summer parties, Christmas parties and a Friday bar with a different theme every month.

When the circumstances require it, we can of course work remotely, but we generally like working together in the office - and we have a super nice lunch at Kanalhuset every day.
