We are looking for a real Senior Growth Superhero to join our Copenhagen based team on their super-mission to ensure that everyone can live well.
✅ Here's the facts: Your day-to-day responsibilities You will be responsible for and executing of both implementing the CRO strategy, with oversight across all stages of the customer journey - from acquisition, to conversion, to retention. Leveraging the support of our creative and development teams, you will conduct rigorous, data-driven experiments aimed at optimizing CAC, LTV, ROI, CR/Conversion Rate with an eye towards continuous improvement.
More specifically, your tasks include:
Responsible of the Revenue - Reaching the sales targets of Klar
Conducting funnel analysis to identify areas for optimization and improve conversion rates
Analyze customer behavior and engagement metrics to improve the user experience and increase sales
Responsible for SEO, website CRO, setting up a structure for A/B testing
Managing ad platforms - we primarily use Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads & Bing Ads
Website Tracking - we use server side Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Performance Reporting (BI) - in Google Data Studio & Google Sheets - analyzing business performance and creating monthly/quarterly reviews
Use analytics to understand customer behavior and willingness to pay and create pricing strategies that maximize revenue
Identify growth opportunities and make recommendations to improve campaigns and strategies (Growth Hacking)
⭐️For you to be a success in Klar, you'll need the following skills:
7-10 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in an E-commerce or digital environment
Proven track record of driving revenue and increasing customer acquisition, conversion, and retention metrics
Data-driven and mathematical mindset.
Passionate about digital and using data to drive decisions
Ability to prioritize while thinking on macro level and be extremely detail oriented
You enjoy changes, and you thrive with identifying out-of-the-box ways to tackle new challenges
You are the one finding structure in a chaotic environment - and you enjoy it!
Is a plus if you have experience from scale-ups, Start-ups and/or fast-growth companies
English on the highest level - both oral and written

📍Where will you be working from? We’re a vibrant team with great energy situated in Copenhagen (well, Valby) 😇. Our headquarters are in Tartu, Estonia - but you will be working from our cozy Danish office which is currently the ‘home’ of 19 cool, talented colleagues.
Our Copenhagen-based office is well connected to several public transportation points (bus and s-tog stations within 2 min walk) and has access to a large parking lot (if you are not a big fan of cycling 🚴).
