A key team member of Uniify’s Tech & Sales team

As our new Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the sales and implementation process of our software solution. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that customers have a smooth and successful experience with our software while providing exceptional technical support, training, and guidance. You will work as the direct link between Tech and Sales and report directly to management of both departments.

A little bit about the things you’ll be doing:

• Collaborate with customers to understand their unique business needs and technical requirements.

• Provide hands-on training to clients, demonstrating best practices for using our software efficiently and effectively on an ongoing basis .

• Serve as the primary point of contact to clients addressing any technical concerns or issues that may arise. 

• Regularly monitoring customers progress and proactively identifying areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. product, engineering, sales) to resolve customer issues and drive product improvements.

• Develop implementation systems, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability of Uniify's customer success.

We’ll be a match made in Fintech heaven if…

• You have 3+ years of experience in a technical client-facing role, preferably in the Fintech or SaaS industry.

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.

• Iterating, learning, and measuring technical and commercial results are as natural to you as riding a bike in Copenhagen.

• You are a true problem solver, while at the same time organized and superb with follow-up to ensure customer expectations and needs are met.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• You have experience with project management methodologies and tools.

• You leave no stone unturned when it comes to conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing data to advise product and commercial decisions.

• You really want to proactively interact with customers, bring a natural customer focused mindset – and you are ready to go that extra mile to help customers grow their business and make them successful.
