The Chromaway Relational Blockchain Nebula (RBN) is part of the European Commission's Blockchain Pre-Commercial Procurement (PCP). As part of the procurement, we are working on two use cases to build the ecosystem: the Digital Product Passport (DPP) and Intellectual Property Rights Marketplace (IPR). The DPP aims to reduce waste and promote sustainability in the textile industry, while the IPR Marketplace provides a transparent platform to register and trade IP assets such as patents, trademarks, and copyrights. Who you are: 

The Chromaway RBN is seeking a skilled and experienced Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in blockchain technology and a thorough understanding of intellectual property rights. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and driving the product development roadmap and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities: 

• Own and drive the product development roadmap, including developing and executing on a product strategy that aligns with business goals and customer needs for our blockchain-based Intellectual Property Rights Marketplace. 

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and define product requirements.

• Collaborate with business development, legal, and compliance teams to ensure that the product meets regulatory and legal requirements.

• Keep updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitors to identify new opportunities and areas for innovation.

• Define and manage the product backlog, including creating and prioritizing user stories and ensuring that the product team has a clear understanding of product requirements.

• Ensure that the product is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and executive leadership.

About you: 

• 5+ years of experience as a Digital Product Owner or Product Manager.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Ability to proactively set priorities and manage workflow to ensure efficient, timely and accurate completion of responsibilities; ability to keep multiple projects in process simultaneously

• Experience in blockchain technology and intellectual property rights.

• Excellent communication skills and thriving in an international team. Fluency in English 

• The candidate must be based in the EU
