About Dytbaat Games

Dytbaat Games is a casual mobile game studio based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Our small team of five colleagues collaborates across Europe (UK, Austria, Ukraine) and works both on-site and remotely. Our ambition is to develop high quality puzzle games in a great working environment, and we are dedicated to achieving that goal. Our first title, a casual tripeaks solitaire game called Solitaire Grove, was released in 2022 and we are currently focused on the continued development of this game.

About the job

We are looking to strengthen our core team with the addition of a seasoned technical co-founder. As a partner you are looking for more than a job - you will need to take responsibility for our tech stack, lead the technical development of our current and future games, and participate in growing the company. This is a paid full time position, and there is an open opportunity to compose the role, conditions and compensation in any way we can create a good fit.

Requirements

Being a partner in a start-up is as much a professional job as it is a passion, so we are patiently searching for the right candidate with experience and expert knowledge of the following:

• Cloud Infrastructure and development. A big part of your role will be to own our tech stack.

• Full-stack development experience. You will need hands-on experience in setting our architecture up for success.

• Expert knowledge of the Unity engine and C# development: We work in Unity and will continue to do so.

• Publishing experience: You will have worked on and published (mobile) games before, and you know the ins and outs of the architecture of successful operations.

Additionally, we are looking for someone who can check the following boxes:

• Excited about entrepreneurship: You want to lead and expand all technical aspects of our company operations.

• Driven and self disciplined: You will be collaborating with the team but can identify, formulate and own your own tasks.

• Willing to work for equity: While this is absolutely a paid role, we are looking for someone who wants to have skin in the game. If the company wins, you win.
