Legal Desk has an ambition to make legal services more accessible for private individuals and companies through automation and technological solutions. To do this we have developed a platform, that today has more than 150,000 users and around 350,000 visitors each month. Our team currently consists of 48 dedicated people that all share the nerdy obsession of automating legal processes through our platform. We are well established in Denmark, recently entered the Swedish market, and launched in Norway in 2022. In other words... we are not sitting on our hands, and we need more hands - yours!
Right now we are looking for a new colleague to lead the development and implementation of our email marketing and automation channel.
As Email Marketing Specialist at LegalDesk you will be an important part of our amazing marketing team, that currently has 8 people of mixed gender and nationalities. You will work under our CMO Anders, and be working closely with Louise, who is responsible for our Performance Marketing, as well as our copyright team.
Our marketing is both B2C (family law) and B2B (business law), and you will be responsible for setting up and optimise our email marketing campaigns and automation flow, with support for content from our graphics team, and texts go through our copyright and legal teams before they are shipped.
You will be responsible for driving this part of our business, monitor the performance in Google Analytics and ActiveCampaign, lead scoring, and continuous optimisation.
More specifically responsibilities will be:
Build and execute email campaigns for all Nordic markets
Create automation flows based on data insights
Optimise and develop a structure for lists, tags, and segments, so we follow best practices
Own and optimise KPIs such as: clicks, delivery %, unsubscribes, lead nurturing, lead scoring etc.
Developer and execute lead generation campaigns on-page and across different marketing channels like Meta and Google - in collaboration with performance marketing and the UX/UI team
Full ownership of ActiveCampaign ESP
A/B split test campaigns, subject lines, CTAs etc.

We imagine that the right candidate has a few years experience with email marketing and automations from either an agency or in a startup/scaleup. You have an analytical approach to your work, and a good understanding of data and KPIs to track performance, and you already worked with Google Analytics and an ESP.
As a person you are self-driven and motivated by building a new e-mail campaign and automation-structure up from scratch, as well as passionate about working with data, A/B tests and more to continuously find opportunities to improve our setup.
In this job you will work closely with the rest of the team, and you must therefore be good at collaborating and communicating with your colleagues.
Qualifications:
2+ years experience from a similar position working with email and automation marketing from either an agency or at a startup/scale-up.
Experience with an ESP
Solid understanding for the digital customer journey and the synergies email marketing has across marketing channels
Detail oriented and good at catching errors e.g. before a campaign is shipped
General technical interest and has the skills to fully exploit ActiveCampaigns functionalities
Data driven and work comfortably in Excel
Not afraid to pull up the sleeves and create content
You can work on-site from our office in Copenhagen (we work flexibly, but prefer our team to be at the office 10-15)
Bonus point for
Experience with ActiveCampaign and Google Analytics
Danish language
Are comfortable with terms like BIMI, DMARC, spam traps, sender reputation etc.
Being an expert at A/B split tests
Professionally curious
