We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Host and Conference Manager in our new office building located at Porten in Nordhavn, Copenhagen. The building will be the home of several of the Trifork family business units in Copenhagen, as well as a state-of-the-art event and conference center.

About you
You have a vibrant personality and a fix-it’ attitude, you own the reception area and the floor space
You have excellent communication skills, a confident professional manner and a friendly and appealing attitude
You get great energy from pitching and closing deals for the event and conference spaces to associations, companies or partners
Key Responsibilities
Meeting, greeting and registering colleagues and guests to the office and events
Ensuring excellent channels of communication between you and the customers renting our space for events, meetings and conferences
You will assist the event and conferences team with research and introduction of a seasonal calendar of added value activities – helping to create a community vibe
The successful candidate will
Have exceptional customer service skills
Have positive energy, a friendly smile and supportive approach
Have a good level of IT skills and literacy
Be excellent in verbal and written communication in both Danish and English
Show previous experience in customer service
Show a high level of positive vibes
Starting date: June 1st, 2023
