2021.AI is seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and to be part of an exciting journey for one of the most advanced and valuable technologies in the making.

About the Role

You will work closely with our lead designer to translate briefs into engaging and creative visual assets for our brand.

Our marketing team is deeply committed and passionate about delivering top-quality work that supports both creative goals and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design for marketing: Producing visual assets to support marketing campaigns across different channels (social media, email, website banners, and ads) and ensuring that the designs align with the campaign's objectives and target audience.

• Presentation design: Creating engaging and visually appealing presentations for internal and external use. Working with the content creators to understand the message and story and then use design elements to convey that message effectively.

• Visual identity design: Developing, updating, and maintaining 2021.AI's visual system. Refining the brand's visual elements, such as logos, color palettes, typography, etc., while ensuring consistency and alignment across materials.

• Design for other digital and print formats: Designing other high-quality brand materials such as brochures, data visualizations, roll-ups, graphics, thumbnails, mockups, templates, etc.

Skills and Qualifications:

• You recently graduated or are currently enrolled in a graphic/digital design program or related field

• You have a portfolio that demonstrates relevant work and your passion for design

• You are proficient in using Figma, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and InDesign

• You are self-driven, which means that you can work independently and manage your tasks, time, and deadlines

• You are a team player, and you enjoy co-creating and collaborating with your colleagues and other relevant stakeholders

• You have outstanding communication skills for giving and receiving constructive feedback

• You have a trained eye for detail and can deliver polished design products

• You have a broad understanding of typography, color, and composition

• proficiency in English, spoken and written
