LuggageHero is currently seeking a proactive intern to join our team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects including SEO, Affiliates, customer service, and expansions.

At LuggageHero, we pride ourselves on being innovative and open to trying new things. As part of your internship, you will gain experience in SEO, building and launching websites from scratch, utilizing digital tools such as WordPress, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and more.

In addition to SEO and Affiliate Marketing, you will also have the chance to work with our expansion team to help identify new markets and potential partners. You will also be involved in our customer service efforts, helping to ensure that our users have a positive and hassle-free experience.

As a network of short-term luggage storage options, LuggageHero has been recognized by leading media outlets including the New York Times, Lonely Planet, and CNBC. As an intern, you will be an integral part of our team. We are looking for enthusiastic interns to start in May 2023, with a minimum commitment of three months.

As an intern at LuggageHero, you will have the chance to participate in a range of projects, from website development to Affiliate Marketing, and from identifying new partners to improving our customer service efforts.

By the end of the internship, our goal is to provide you with a well-rounded marketing experience and the confidence to take on new challenges in your future career. 

Our new intern is:

• Fluent in English (French, Spanish, and Portuguese are a plus)

• Generally interested in Marketing

• Willing to dive into the field of SEO, SoMe, Affiliate Marketing, Customer Success and Expansions

• Knowledge of WordPress is a plus but not mandatory

• Capable of working together with others on projects

Your main tasks:

• You will be an essential part of the planning and executing of various PR campaigns

• Create new websites from scratch/content

• Develop blogs with a focus on SEO strategies to increase online visitation

• Involve in managing the In-house Affiliate Program, as well as Affiliate Networks

• Contribute to building the growth strategy and focus prioritization by gathering and using statistical data

• Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns as they arise. 

• Monitoring customer feedback on social media, review sites, and other platforms.

• Contribute to the full cycle of sales. You will generate leads, categorize them, create sales content copy, interact with future partners, and help them through the onboarding process
